Perambulation Nº16—A Walking Guide to Modernist Houses in Beckenham, South London by Stefi Orazi
During the post-war years the South London suburb of Beckenham saw a mass transformation of the area, when grand Victorian homes and gardens were replaced with modern houses and flats. This guide covers some of its most notable schemes by architects including Eric Lyons, Galberg and Weal, and Derek Sharp Associates.
The folded guide comprises a map on one side with a detailed walking route on the reverse.

Donation to Shelter
We are very grateful to everybody who has bought a Walking Guide during the last year. It’s kept a roof above our heads during a difficult time. We’d now like to give a little back by giving 25p from each guide sale to Shelter, the housing and homeless charity. Thank you.
