Perambulation Nº15—Kentish Town to Camden, North London by Stefi Orazi
£5.50
VAT included.
The bomb damage suffered in Kentish Town during World War II resulted in several infill housing schemes by both Camden Council and individual young architects, such as Richard Burton, Ted Cullinan and Tom Kay, who chose to build innovative and affordable homes for themselves.
This guide begins at Kentish Town Station and weaves its way to Camden, taking in notable buildings, as well as some lesser known gems such as the Corbusian houses designed by David Wild.
The guide comprises a map and a detailed route. 8 pages (including cover) Folded size: 256 ✕ 120 mm Printed on 150gsm FSC certified paper Printed litho in 2 colours using plant-based inks Illustration: Jay Cover
Donation to Shelter We are very grateful to everybody who has bought Perambulations over the years. It’s kept a roof above our heads so we’d like to give a little back by giving 25p from each guide sale to Shelter, the housing and homeless charity. Thank you.
